If you have not set up STM32CubeIDE or can't use it, you will need to do so following the steps outlined in this tutorial.
Developed on STM32CubeIDE 1.11.0, and STM32Cube FW_F4 V1.27.1 This project is not stable enough. It is recommended to use RTOS to reconstruct it instead of simply using a state machine.
